Our Story
Romanzo was born out of a dream to share the magic of Italian culture, connecting with food and great experiences. Founder and Head Chef Roberto Opipari, originates from Calabria in the South of Italy. His career spans from Restaurant management and customer experience to authentic Italian cooking with a specialty in baking. Our woodfired pizza, pasta and meat dishes are handcrafted with care, using time-honored techniques and the freshest ingredients to deliver a taste that’s both authentic and unforgettable.
