Romanzo is an Italian woodfire catering service proudly based in Sydney, serving NSW wide.
Founded by chef Roberto Opipari, Romanzo was born from his passion for bringing people together to share great food and good times. Hailing from a small village in the heart of Calabria, southern Italy, Roberto carries the rich traditions and authentic flavours of his homeland into every pizza crafted in his mobile ovens.
Since arriving in Australia, Roberto has dedicated himself to refining his culinary skills within the hospitality industry. Today, his mission is simple yet profound: to see smiles on faces with every pizza that comes out of his ovens.
Whether you’re hosting a casual gathering or an elegant event, Romanzo delivers an unforgettable Italian experience right to your doorstep.
How it works
Enquire and check availability
Deposit to secure the date (fully refundable 3 weeks prior the event)
Venue visit to assess accessibility (if required)
Confirm menu and final numbers, approximately 5 days before the event
Bump in 60/90 minutes before service
Service of unlimited pizza up to 2-3 hours (depending on party size)
